Healthy Shopping List

We may earn money or products from the companies mentioned in this post.

My healthy shopping list begins this May!

I’m going to write it out today. So I will update it very soon. My new eco-friendly shopping list.

I intend to go chemical free in my home and also my personal care.

In the lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom. Everywhere! It’s possible to clean with plant-based soaps and essential oil sprays or good old vinegar! And some good old fashioned elbow grease.

Totally Green & Organic Eco Warrior Me! That’s who I want to be now as I grow older gracefully and tastefully.

I will even use natural hair dyes. I’m really looking forward to saying no to SLS and going paraben free.

I Wasted Money On Plastic Bottles Of Junk!

Some of the household cleaning sprays just aren’t needed! Last time I popped out for a couple of items before I knew it, £20 was spent on cleaning items alone. They were heavy too.

The UK’s Obsession With Cleanliness

People have an obsession with cleanliness, yet these chemicals are slowly killing our planet. We are breathing in all of these particles which contribute to toxicity in our bodies, that then need to be detoxed. Being clean and personal hygiene is important. But so is the damage that we are doing.

Going chemical free and being me is something I’m looking forward to! No one realizes the importance of health until it’s too late. Join me on my journey, reduce the chemicals you use in our home and help to make the planet a better place!

My New Eco-Friendly Cleaning Shopping List!

  • Steam Cleaner
  • Essential Oils
  • Floor Cloths
  • Swiffer Sweeper
  • White Vinegar
  • Plant-Based Washing Up Liquid
  • Eco-Friendly Laundry Liquid
  • Enzyme Cleaner Or Make My Own

These items cost more on the shelf but collectively you will be using less and helping to save the planet, which is worth the extra few pence.

Healthy In Your Bathroom…

You can add natural soaps to your shopping list as well! Shampoos can be amazing and invigorating when we spend a little more. A cheaper alternative is to use the natural soap block and a good conditioner. It’s a little harsh at first, but it gives the hair and scalp a really good clean without all the gunk. A good conditioner or leave in oil is recommended!
